About Elisabeth Wille and Training activities

Wille Training

I have offered both team and individual oriented management training in Luxembourg and Belgium for more than 20 years.

I have over the years provided training in:

  • Creating team involvement and ownership by using facilitation techniques e.g. focused discussion methods, workshop method and action planning.

  • Getting the most out of personality differences using Jungian Type Index and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to improve and develop conflict-management, change-management, effective communication and career- and personal- development.

  • Teambuilding and Away Days focusing on issues like e.g. team communication, creating strategy, work load distribution, improving team-effectiveness, image development, ownership and motivation.

Elisabeth Wille has more than twenty years experience as a trainer and facilitator and has been working as an independent with Abilways Group, Demos Group, Fast Training, CfL and with IBT Consulting.

Based in Luxembourg, Elisabeth has developed and delivered management training entirely in an international environment, for multinational clients located in Luxembourg and Belgium.

Elisabeth’s prior career experience as a Chemical Engineer lends itself well to the very structured, hands-on approach applied in the training she provides. In addition to her Danish Chemical Engineering degree she holds a Masters in Human Ecology from the VUB University in Brussels and five years ago she added Gestalt Therapist to her list of degrees.

Elisabeth continuously upgrades her qualifications in the art of facilitation and related areas, engaging with her participants and presenting material and ideas. She brings her own joy in learning new skills to her participants in the different management trainings she undertakes or provides.
